Hi Everyone there's so many exciting things to update you all on.

First, We now have a date for when our event will start! UWS ESCAPE WILL NOW START ON MONDAY 1ST MARCH 2021! Come and join in on the fun and get your friends and family involved.

SIGN UP- Our sign up is now live! Check out the page on this website and sign up today. Complete the form first and you will be redirected to the payment page (please note there is a min £2 sign up fee for this event. 100% of fees will go directly to the British Heart Foundation). Please get your friends and family to donate using the Donation button on the sign up page, all money will go directly to help those in need.

MEDIA- Check out our Media page, full of interesting videos to get you into the spirit of this event. There's a range of videos from nutrition to technique and motivation. Check out our picks on the videos we enjoy. Be sure to watch out for videos created by our event coordinators.

FACEBOOK- Check out our Facebook for more news, tips and posts. Make sure you let us know that you're attending our event by joining it on Facebook. Simply check our page and click 'Event starts now' (it's pinned at the top of our page).

TRACKING YOUR MILES- We will be in touch soon on how you are to record your miles and send them to us.
